Stop Your Business Emails Going to Spam

You hit "Send" on an important proposal, but it lands in your client's Junk folder. We fix the technical setup so your emails actually reach the inbox — no jargon, no guesswork.

If your domain isn't properly authenticated, you're not just losing emails — you're losing revenue.

~20%

of legitimate business emails never reach the inbox — filtered before your client even has a chance to see them.

Your proposals

land in spam while a competitor's don't. Not because theirs are better — because their domain is authenticated and yours isn't.

Spoofing

Without DMARC, anyone can send email that appears to come from your domain. Scammers use this to impersonate your business.

Poor open rates

If your newsletter open rate is low, bad domain reputation can be a cause — not just your subject lines or content.

Three protocols that prove you are who you say you are

We don't just "look into it." We implement the industry-standard authentication that inbox providers trust — and explain what we've done in plain English.

01

SPF

Sender Policy Framework

"A guest list for your domain."

Your SPF record specifies exactly which services — Gmail, Mailchimp, Xero — are authorised to send email on your behalf. Anything not on the list gets blocked before it can reach anyone.

02

DKIM

DomainKeys Identified Mail

"A wax seal on every envelope."

Your mail server is configured to add a digital signature to every email you send. This proves the message hasn't been tampered with or faked in transit — the receiving server verifies it before delivery.

03

DMARC

Domain-based Message Authentication

"The rulebook."

Your DMARC record tells inbox providers what to do when something fails SPF or DKIM — reject it, quarantine it, or flag it. You also get reports so you can see if anyone's trying to impersonate your domain.

Everything set up, tested, and documented

We handle the DNS records, verify the configuration, and leave you with documentation you can actually understand.

  • SPF record created or corrected for your domain
  • DKIM key generated and DNS record added
  • DMARC policy configured — starting permissive, tightened over time
  • Known sending services identified and added to your SPF record
  • End-to-end deliverability testing — spam score verified
  • Written summary of what was done and why

Initial records are typically in place within 2–3 working days. DMARC starts in monitoring mode — we review the reports and adjust your policy over the following days before moving to enforcement. More complex configurations may take a little longer.
