We do not knowingly collect special-category (“sensitive”) data.

– Google LLC (Google Analytics) – USA – protected by SCCs/UK Addendum
– Our web-hosting provider Namecheap – UK/EU data centres
We do **not** sell or rent personal data.

6. Data retention
• Contact form records: deleted 24 months after last contact unless a client contract is formed (then retained per contract).
• Google Analytics data: 14 months rolling retention.

7. Your rights
You can: access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and data-port your personal data. Email us at [email protected]. You may lodge complaints with the ICO (ico.org.uk).

8. Security
SSL/TLS encryption, least-privilege access, and regular security reviews servers.
